So what are you doing that is the best?

I just saw an article in the NY Times about Queens Library. So they have the number one circulation n the nation... what are you excelling at? Write it in a news release and send it to your local paper and when its published link it from your website, cut it out and put it in a frame on your circulation desk, Post it on your online newsletter, mention it on your blog... people like knowing their library is the best or first or just plain innovative... so help them out and let them know about it. Didn't quite cut it n the national level? Write about your high rankings on a state or multi-state level. Everyone is the best at something.... Don't forget about your staff... are they appearing at a national conference, getting a scholarship or award? We post all of that to our online l newsletter.
