Connecting to our customers

I've been talking about using new media to connect with our customers and just found a series of very short videos by Calgary Public Library that are a neat example of that. I love the idea that they are focusing on the customer and their interests. Great model for others to emulate- could work with any micro-community. Would be great to see the customers create their own!
