Sounds like... well what does a "social technology tool" sound like?

Okay, so you probably still don;t know what it is. :-) This is a cool tool where you enter the age, country and gender of the target audience you are looking to attract and the "tool" will create a little graph that show you how many people fit into each category so you can develop a coherent approach to your social marketing plan.
